Method

  1. Make the Leek and potato soup.
  2. Make the Paprika kale chips.
  3. Make the Two-tone cauliflower gnocchi.
  4. Plate like this:
    1. Pour the leek soup at the base of the plate.
    2. Add a pinch of pepper.
    3. Add the two-tone gnocchi.
    4. Finish with the kale chips.
