Paprika kale chips

Ingredients

  • 4 Tuscan kale leaves
  • paprika
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • olive oil

Method

  1. Remove the tough ribs from the kale leaves and tear into pieces.
  2. Toss with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Spread on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake at 160 °C for 8–10 minutes.
