Ingredients
2 salmon fillets
50 g chopped pistachios
2 tsp mustard
2 tsp honey
juice of 1/2 lemon
extra-virgin olive oil (as needed)
salt (as needed)
white pepper (as needed)
Method
Marinate the salmon in a baking dish with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Cover and marinate in the fridge for about 1 hour (less if needed).
Spread mustard on each fillet, then spread honey.
Press the chopped pistachios onto the salmon.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 12–15 minutes, depending on thickness.
