Ingredients
200 g pasta
150 g cherry tomatoes
50 g ’nduja
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
salt (as needed)
basil (as needed)
Method
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Meanwhile, warm the olive oil in a pan and add the garlic clove.
Once the oil is hot, add the washed cherry tomatoes (halved), basil, and a pinch of salt. Cook over low heat for 5–7 minutes.
Add the ’nduja to the sauce and let it melt and cook for a couple of minutes.
Cook the pasta.
Drain the pasta al dente and transfer it to the pan with the sauce.
Toss well so the pasta absorbs the flavors.
Serve immediately.
