Pasta with ’nduja and cherry tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 200 g pasta
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g ’nduja
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • salt (as needed)
  • basil (as needed)

Method

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Meanwhile, warm the olive oil in a pan and add the garlic clove.
  3. Once the oil is hot, add the washed cherry tomatoes (halved), basil, and a pinch of salt. Cook over low heat for 5–7 minutes.
  4. Add the ’nduja to the sauce and let it melt and cook for a couple of minutes.
  5. Cook the pasta.
  6. Drain the pasta al dente and transfer it to the pan with the sauce.
  7. Toss well so the pasta absorbs the flavors.
  8. Serve immediately.
