Ingredients

Method

  1. Peel the pear and cut it into small cubes (as if it were guanciale).
  2. Add a drizzle of oil to a pan, heat over medium heat, and add the pear.
  3. Add a little water, cover with a lid, and cook until tender.
  4. Set the pear aside.
  5. Make Spaghetti cacio e pepe.
  6. Plate the spaghetti and add 1–2 tbsp of pear on top.
