Ingredients

  • 1 banana (100–120 g)
  • 50 g banana whey protein
  • 20 g peanut butter
  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 2–3 tbsp cinnamon
  • 250–270 ml milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 4–5 ice cubes

Method

  • Blend everything in a Nutribullet.
  • Blend for 30–45 seconds.
