1 banana (100–120 g)
50 g banana whey protein
20 g peanut butter
40 g rolled oats
2–3 tbsp cinnamon
250–270 ml milk (dairy or plant-based)
4–5 ice cubes
Method
Blend everything in a Nutribullet.
Blend for 30–45 seconds.
