When making most decisions, the outcome should be either a “hell yes” or a “no.” This applies to several areas of life:
- When hiring, you should only hire people you feel strongly about. Anyone who is not adding to the team is detracting from it.
- In strategy, you need to focus only on the obstacles that are truly standing in your way right now.
- When planning an event, every participant should have a clear and compelling reason to be there. If they don’t, they have no place at your event.
